The leadership team for our division does a remarkable job of establishing vision and setting the tone for the department. It is a very demanding environment, but it is also one that makes celebrating success a part of everyday business.

The only negatives I have encountered are outside of the company's direct responsibilities and are orientated toward the administrative bureaucracy of the municipalities that we have to coordinate work with,
