Very customer oriented is also concerned with employee moral. Supervisor all the way up the company ladder are approachable and will this listen to any comments concerns or ideas .

it is what it is . our customers don't call unless there is a problem

Decent base salary to start.

Cons

The Florida market is a joke. Micromanagement from a boss who doesn’t leave their house. Lazy field ops team that falls asleep in the office at their desks (literally). no chance of getting paid your commissions. If you want to do a managers job without managers pay, this is the company for you. Complete incompetence.
