Fantastic people and transparency across the department on goals and KPIs necessary for business success.

I had no previous negative events at Metronet. Expectations can be lofty but are fantastic to continue driving for personal improvement.

- relatively easy work once trained - efficient workers can complete responsibilities and have free time - generally low-stress if everyone is making progress

- very low base pay (lowered from 22 to 19/hr to start since the pandemic) - fixed promotion schedule means overachieving is not rewarded - company has regularly been laying people off and promising new tech tools and AI systems will make up for the lack of workers (it has not) - most of the higher-ups in the company are white men that seem to be entirely disconnected from the reality of their employees - increasingly higher demands regarding production time and workflows, yet company refuses to hire more workers
