      Company is growing, lots of opportunities, fantastic benefits, and great coworkers.

      Cons

      The only con is that since HR is located in a different location, sometimes you can fall through the cracks but once you ask for something to be corrected they usually get right on it.

      Decent base salary to start.

      Cons

      The Florida market is a joke. Micromanagement from a boss who doesn’t leave their house. Lazy field ops team that falls asleep in the office at their desks (literally). no chance of getting paid your commissions. If you want to do a managers job without managers pay, this is the company for you. Complete incompetence.
