Time to stand up and take notice - Project Director Metronet Employee Review

Metronet sought me out and were ready to pull the trigger. Too often within the Telecom industry, companies will post a position, recruit and interview only to wait unrealistic lengths of time to pull the trigger and make an offer. I was pleasantly surprised that Metronet was different. Prior to my first day, I had received my computer and equipment, access cards, company vehicle, a clear training syllabus, a welcome aboard package and complete list of expectations. Honestly a welcome feeling.
