No flexible hours, supervisors are not helpful, they don't want to deal with disgruntled customers, and they have the worst API, and have a convoluted mess of servers.
Their systems are always glitching. On top of that customers are the worst. When you first start they say oh the customers are great but no the customers are horrible. They are rude, will cuss you out and try get you fired. (That's how I got fired, a Karen that had her panties in a bunch because she wasn't educated on how wifi works)
Their automated system is a joke, that has a one-sized fits all solution for every customer that calls the automated system.
My supervisor barely had 1:1 meetings so it seemed like I was going to get fired for a while they just needed an excuse.
The benefits are mediocre. Took way too much out of my check for insurance, it doesn't even cover for armor thyroid.
