      You have to be aggressive with your salary request on hire. They will hire people with less experience at a hiring pay structure, then expect you to train them. You have to ask for what you are worth, they will not offer it.

      Decent base salary to start.

      Cons

      The Florida market is a joke. Micromanagement from a boss who doesn’t leave their house. Lazy field ops team that falls asleep in the office at their desks (literally). no chance of getting paid your commissions. If you want to do a managers job without managers pay, this is the company for you. Complete incompetence.
