Pros

I have nothing good to say about the company.

Cons

Really bad company to work for or to rent from! There is no organization, no training, no communication, no teamwork and so much more! As a property manager for this company I have felt completely taken advantage of. While the office staff gets holidays and weekends off, property managers are expected to work basically 7 days a week every week. The pay is horrible and the workload is tremendous. The worst part is the way they treat their tenants! I feel like they do not care about problems with the properties and they are out to nickel and dime you. I have had issues with my paycheck not being correct about every other pay period. Overall I have nothing good to say about the company!

Pros

As part of the leadership team here at Metropolitan Management, I’m proud to say we’re a family-run business built on values that have been passed down through generations; hard work, honesty, and treating every employee like family. We’re not just a company, we're a close-knit team where hard work is recognized, and growth is earned. One of our greatest strengths has always been promoting from within. We believe in investing in our people, recognizing potential, and giving team members the opportunity to rise into leadership roles. Many of our managers and key leaders started in entry-level positions and worked their way up, something we see not just as a success story, but as the foundation of who we are. We value loyalty, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. And in return, we’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels supported, respected, and empowered to grow.

Cons

That said, we also recognize that we’re a work in progress. Historically, we've operated with a fairly hands-off management style, trusting individuals to take initiative and learn by doing. While this approach has worked well for many, we understand that others may thrive with more structure, guidance, and hands-on support—especially during the onboarding and training process. We're actively working to improve our training programs to better support all learning styles and set our team members up for success from day one. This is a key focus for us moving forward, and we're excited about the improvements already underway.
