Pros

The benefits are in line with a government job, although some employees think they should get even more than they receive. The employees constantly shoot themselves in the foot and vote down a great opportunity for an increase in benefits.

Cons

No raises for at least the last three years and no union representation, since the employees decided to decertify the IBEW on the Trolley side.

Your feedback raises some good points, and I'm happy to report that since your review, a new collective bargaining agreement has been put into place giving trolley employees raises and other positive terms.
