An apprenticeship that only teaches basics Nepotism, as well as Favoritism are required to receive opportunities to learn what the apprenticeship should be providing equally Pay isn't high enough compared to other transit systems in California, let alone the country. Every shift has different rules and regulations they follow based on supervision Supervisors are not well trained in communicating properly, they follow their emotions, which leads to retaliation, small but retaliation nonetheless.
