Pros
Working hours are extremely flexible and the opportunity to lead other employees at such a young age is a great benefit. There is great opportunity for a bonus and other training and development skills. The working environment is great for student employees.
Cons
Upper department management is full of bureaucracy and is not extremely responsive to employee suggestions. There is a huge level of separation between upper management and the individual unit locations and that is clear whenever they come in the building.
