Pros
The benefits at Miami University are amazing. Free access to an employee only fitness center (different than the rec sports center), access to a free health clinic, fantastic dental and medical insurance and a tuition fee waiver that applies even to graduate level courses.
Cons
Your salary will lag behind the industry average. It is frustratingly difficult to make change occur. Higher education politics are sometimes vicious.
