Great if you don't like flavor in your life - Assistant Director Miami University Employee Review

Not a great place if you aren't White. There is gender discrimination with some places being female dominated while others are male. Good luck getting a promotion. Not the best place for being non-White as the city is pretty racist and the campus is very segregated.
