RUN AWAY - Anonymous employee Miami University Employee Review

I would give this place zero stars on here if I could. Very inefficient work environment. Everything is disorganized and no one knows what is going on. Roles are very siloed and not clearly defined which makes it difficult to get your job done. I have wasted hours of my time here without being able to do my best work. I cannot wait to get out. If you are thinking about coming here don't. Run far away. It's not worth it. You are better off finding a temporary job until you can find something better.
