Pros
Good coworkers on Regional campuses. They tend to have more of a family dynamic than the cutthroat, dog-eat-dog feel that some larger campuses may have. Leadership seems to at least listen to ideas/concerns and act when possible/appropriate. Benefits, including medical, leave, and retirement, are good overall. On the Regional campuses they also seem to do a decent job of hiring/considering from within for promotions.
Cons
Pay is moderately competitive for education, not competitive for workforce. You make less on Regional campuses than Oxford for comparable jobs, even though you stay plenty busy. Not sure if main campus people think we file our nails all day long or what.
