Pros
The benefits are very nice--tuition waiver for yourself immediately and immediate family members after 3 years. Likely one of the only perks for the majority of Miami's staff.
Cons
They pay higher-ups an insane amount of money, while the people who actually do all of the processing and manual labor barely make enough to survive.
