Pros
Great people and awesome residents. The dining room has great food and the facility is beautiful. Easy to get to as well.
Cons
The pay rates are pretty poor. If you have a second job, it's OK to help supplement your income, but they don't like to pay you for your overtime. You end up working your tail off for little money.
