Wrong people at the top…it’s that simple Offer great PTO plan but you can’t utilize it due to excessive work load Extremely dated mentality No bonus plan No development plans Leaders are bullies Surprised they are not sued here Truly sad that a university of such high standing has no regard for their employee population
