Pros
They work with you on your schedule if you are in enrolled at the university. You get a retirement fund no matter if you are full time or part time, which can be good or bad depending on how you view it. The co-workers at your own level are great, but the higher up they go, the worse they get.
Cons
Where do I start.. They treat everyone terrible. The managers are hypocrites who refuse to follow the policies they put in place for everyone else. They are routinely understaffed and then refuse to help out when the building begins to struggle to keep up with customer service demands. They don't care if you get a break but they make sure to get theirs and to take extra time. They expect too much for the small wage they pay.
