Users say... "treated poorly and low pay" "Low salary for students working part" "The whole office I worked in was absolutely toxic with employees complaining about our poor management yet laughing and cutting up with that person in meetings so they would be on the good side..Everyone was absolutely terrified of our so called Manager..complaints were made to the Managers boss but he didn't care and HR was of no help and neither was Equity and Equal Opportunity Office so good luck if you have any issues because no one cares." "Leadership has no idea what to do" "No accountability for time..lots of people came and went as pleased and never put in a 40 hour week except those who clocked in..must be nice to show up about 10 hours a week & get a pay check..I feel badly for the diverse students in that there is no one to support them and Miami is not diverse as it is..so without a strong Diversity Department there is a definite disadvantage to that student population."
