Poor investment in employees and lack of career path - Anonymous employee Miami University Employee Review

This place does not invest in their employees much, and it does not provide with any career path. Most employees stay at their same job for 20+ years, which makes it difficult to advance in your career. HR department is also very incompetent in creating a good work culture. Very political, and always have to jump through hoops after hoops to get things done.
