Pros
catching some of the sales, occasionaly "employee appreciation" discounts, plenty of hours during the winter holiday season, some friendly customers
Cons
Hard work for minimum wage (I.E. unloading the truck, being stretched waay too thin, Running around like crazy trying to get everything on your gameplan done), Hours being cut when sales are "low", Being told, in so many words, that you have no right to organize being made to feel as though you ought to do everything for a corporation that cares nothing about you & has to hire new and incompetent people every few months ridiculous rules and procedures to follow to improve the company that cares nothing about its employees.... Not to mention the fact that you have to buy a whole new wardrobe when you get a job there that Michaels pays 0% of the cost for.
