Pros
1)Michelin higher level organization is good 2)work life balance 3)average salary 4)French people are far better than Indian counter parts 5) good IT support from French office
Cons
1)Company only supports flatters. 2)No need of talent just be good spoken and you will be promoted. 3)Pune office is worst and full of lobby and no growth opportunity for new employees 4) HR are good for nothing , yearly review of work together has no impact at all and managers and general managers are not technically sound. 5) No good environment for females 6) Very few Technically sound people who are still not promoted and are at lower positions.
