There is opportunity to spend a full career with this company, for the right person!
Cons
There is a terrible culture in the corporate management ranks, not my style. Careful if they hire you to "influence change" They don't want it. Also if your not an engineer in this engineer run organization chances are you will run into challenges, especially if your working in one of the plants. Compensation is not great, and getting worse as they are eroding benefits more and more every year, with plans to take even more away from their over worked staff and hourly employees in coming months/years.
