I have been working at Michelin for 2 years, and I am very satisfied with my work-life balance. No pressure of work. You will meet nice people, and also, Michelin is a people company, so you don't have to worry about being laid off. Michelin provides lots of facilities to their employees, like lunch, cab, shift allowance, comp off, a good number of leaves, and onsite opportunities.
Cons
Work from the office 2 days in a week sometimes worry for me because I am from a different city and its sometimes difficult for me to follow the policy.
