Disconnect between management and staff - Production Operator Michelin Employee Review

Management running departments they have never worked in while you are using equipment 50+ years old with non-conforming products expected to make perfect tires. Some equipment had masking tape holding pieces in place - The repair crew would just do a band-aid fix and leave with disregard to actually fixing the problems. Would just be circles of bandaid fixes, material problems and uninvolved managers that dont even know the equipment you are using
