Lots of opportunities for work experience. Great people. Resources available to employees are great for a construction company.
Cons
Potential for advancement is very dependent on what division you end up in a who your boss is. Going the extra mile and working overtime (with no compensation as a salaried worker) becomes the expectation, not the exception.
