Travel is erratic, as little as a day's notice given sometimes. Either a 10 on, 4 off schedule or 2 weeks on 1 week off, but this can change on a dime and days off will be lost. No actual paid holidays; told there were 8 but you're actually expected to work on them if a project is underway during the holiday. I never worked less than 60 hours a week, some men work far more. Lip service given to safety rather than implementing solutions.
