As part of management, I feel we did the best we could to interface with the field operations, but there was very little connection between the two.
Cons
I am making three times more money and actually utilizing my skill sets and education. I was foolish to take this position without having done my due diligence and looking at what my peers in the civilian sector were making when I resigned my military commission. My pay was in no way commensurate with what I was able to do for the company, what I was currently doing for the company, or fair in comparison to how much others were making that were supposedly more "senior" for no apparent reason. I do not recommend working here because it's a contracted role at best with little guarantee of long-term employment. I would not want to guarantee my future or the future of my family on there maybe being work available.
