Pros
The main building in southfield is very nice and i would have been happy to work there, training was amazing.
Cons
All of the great employees started to leave one by one , manager is a narcissist at louis branch, she can't seem to keep employees..i wonder why. They dangle upward mobility in your face but never actually allow you to get ahead. Don't work there if you happen to be a minority she will taunt and insult you. she talks about members behind their back. Every time we work late she makes us come in later so we wont be compensated for serving members past hours when we have obligations after work. She does not care if you are tired of hearing about every aspect of her boring life, she doesn't care about anyones time including members. Other coworkers have confided in me and go home crying because of mistreatment.
