people are not treated well, as a result , good talents leave. cut backs every where. benefits are not that great. Medical has plans with huge deductibles. management so new to their job that they do not know what they are doing with heads full of egos. TONS of favoritism and some racism internally to promote only buddies who are like one another. there is NO culture. it is just all about numbers and profits.CEO just want to get his stock option, not interested in people who actually do the job. He really does not know anything about managing a company, Very poor execution so far.
