Cons
- poor management - people = resources to be exploited - obsession with short term cost-cutting, even when it leads to obvious long-term damage, e.g.: -> no or laughable incentives to employees -> severely understaffed and underskilled inside IT support/dev, insufficient amount of software licenses + highly unreliable and primitive inside software -> hiring ever lower skilled and experienced people over keeping the best employees -> no time for self-development or process improvement -> lack of vision for the company - lower level management often lacks any leadership/psychology training
