Relentless acquisitions on the part of the company, without proper steps to integrate in a meaningful way creates a trainwreck of sorts where there are competing product portfolios and a seeming mentality that there is no interest in the product that was acquired first. Certain offices in the US are being gutted in order to ship those jobs overseas where costs per person are cheaper.
