There is a panic at the management level from the acquisition of the SW business of MF. No salery increase or bonus because of the tremendous lost of profit and eclipse of the shares. Most of the employees don't have loyalty to the business and either spending their time in looking for their next job or are quiting the company. There is a feeling of chaos and lost of direction. Products are not innovative and expensive so customers doesn't buy new licenses and mostly pay support for the databas.
