Thank you for sharing your feedback. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed the flexible working arrangements and appreciate the experienced teams we have at Micro Focus. We’ve been through a lot of change over the last 2 years which can be difficult especially while integrating systems and processes. We’ve been making good progress and things continue to improve as we focus on more simplified and streamlined operations. We appreciate the advice on the balance between employees and contractors and consultants. We do bring on contractors and consultants to help us on projects and at specific times when we need more support.
