Pros
Strong leadership, good sales metrics, products are well positioned especially in the modernization of the mainframe. Emphasis is on connecting with clients to solve problems.
Cons
Need to have unified method of delivering customer quotes and responding to recurring inquiries. Too much of the client needs defaults to the Sales person. Need systemic ways to increase speed and velocity around trouble resolution and providing common quotes.
