      Depending on your market and location, very little stress. Management doesn't really exist, so you do your work and carry on.

      Cons

      I don't know if anyone I spoke to who had ever worked at another company said they enjoyed working at MF. Hoping the OpenText acquisition has changed things for whoever stayed.
