- Ability to expand your role, - Hard workers get bonuses and promotions - So much going on the job never gets boring, - Friendly and casual environment - Good pay and decent benefits - Great people to work with - some have work from home or flexible start times to help with the commute issues

Cons

- Management has their favorites - but if you work hard you'll be one. - They wait way too long to fire the bad employees - a few people have hung around too long. It can be frustrating for those who really care about their work!
