Pros
People can join who want to waste time and do time pass. Because here performer are not rewarded. One need to be technical to evaluate the good work done by the employee. How can they praise something they don't understand. Only people with experience in the company are promoted. Great work life balance. Because nobody care if you work or not.
Cons
- It all politics. - No salary hike: They will play tactics to delay your salary hike by months and effectively 1 hike in 2 years. - No Employee roles and responsibilities document maintained. And if it exist they will everything in there power to not share it, even to managers. Because one can ask for promotion and hike - After certain level the technical knowledge ends. They are purely into politics and blame game. Sadly these people decide your promotion - All about ball game: The main objective of teams (design, SQA, APPs, SW and etc) is to skip doing work by passing the ball here and there - Majority of people are not at all bothered about project. They just want to impress there manger to get hike - Their actual objectives: 1. Employee is not our greatness strength. We do not care about them 2. Communication within team is not required 3. Make something working. What does quality has to do with it
