I personally have not seen issues or concerns at Microchip. After working for Microchip Technology for more than seven years, I have seen some of the highs and lows of the Semiconductor Industry in general and the Top Management here knows how to anticipate change and they are always ready to take care when things around are changing such that the outside Semiconductor Market does not really create much of an impact to our employees.
