Pros
The number 1 pro is stability. Good work/life balance and management does allow flexibility to a certain degree, employees are friendly and helpful, health plan is okay, management acknowledges employees and their efforts. The company is filled with long-term employees (10+ years) which says a lot about a company.
Cons
Pay is so low it could be considered insulting, management tries to compensate for such low salaries with the stock program but IMO it's not enough of an incentive to attract or keep new employees. Also, there's NO room for growth, no career paths whatsoever. Long-term employees are there because they are heavily invested in their company stock plan or just so use to working there, and they have been in their positions FOREVER. Management is very cheap and sometimes short-sighted in this regard. The HQ office space is dismal and the company does not make an effort to keep up with technology.
