Pros
Most people are friendly and make serious effort to support one another when they get stuck. Always something new to work on (i.e., lots of learning). Great development programs & technical resources Laid back. People give each other space when they need it and you have agency to complete tasks by yourself. Solid team environment. No blaming people for honest mistakes.
Cons
Constantly new projects popping up. Not necessarily a bad thing, but if you don't know how to manage time or prioritize what is important... you may find the workflow overbearing. There is the occasional dead weight coworker. Not many, but you will probably meet at least one somewhere in the organization. The employees tend to trend towards the older side so it is usually someone who is close to retirement. I personally think the great environment/culture makes up for this.
