Pros
- Everything is transparent. - Can get good work-life balance of you decide so. - Didn't have a layoff for about 20 years. Although had a 10% layoff in March 2024 which was unavoidable due to economic conditions and is less likely to happen in future - Has a stock purchase program at discounted price. - Provides RSUs while joining.
Cons
- Although an MNC, the Chennai DC is almost full of Tamils. There are a few malayalis and Telugu people as well. For a non-tamil guy it would be hard to mix with the team. - The pay is very low compared to other semiconductor companies.
