Pros
Coworkers are great to work with and learn from. Managers usually have your back against HR because at least managers care about their employees.
Cons
Company use to pride themselves on culture and how employees came first. Now they are checking everyone’s badge in and out from the security gates (even salary although we are suppose to have flexibility in our schedules) and micromanaging everything even dress code. If this standard was in place when everyone started it would be one thing but to rave about how much your employees mean to you and how flexible and great it is to work here when they are actively trying to micromanage people makes no sense. Also everyone is severely under paid and any other company would be paying us at least 50% more.
