Pros
Definitely learn a lot working for this company. Every customer has different needs so you never do the same thing twice.
Cons
Long days and working weekends are expected and not compensated. A lot of travel, also over weekends and holidays with no compensation. Company never learns from past mistakes, keeps making the same choices and acting surprised that the outcome was better.
