Pros
Selective groups of team members are a delight to work with. There's an innate intelligence with certain group of colleagues. Team spirit can be at times uplifting. Flexible in work arrangements.
Cons
Can be flaky with certain team members with all talk but not taking actions. Takes emails too seriously and might misread words emotionally. Never heard that a written paragraph could emote tonality but somehow at times it was treated with aggression. Lacking empathy, employees mimicking their superiors' behaviour. Beginning to use phrases like "the boss....". BIGGest problem now, do not own up to issues and only think for themselves. Bad etiquette. Professes a "not my problem" attitude.
