The health benefits are good that's about it.
Cons
You could be the worst employee but just know how to play office politics and get promotions while people who work their butts off get nothing. If you end up on a team that doesn't have good visibility (if upper management doesn't consider your team important) good luck getting anywhere at this company. Unfortunate its turned out the way it has because I actually like the work I do. Management is seriously so cringe, there are good ones out there but that is few and far between. Do not work here if you value your mental health.
