Cons
Hostile work environment. The only people reaching their sales goals are the bankers. And they bankers all have 1 favorite teller. So they only give their referrals to that one teller. So that teller surpasses everyone else’s goals even tho said teller never does their job. Just sits on their butt all day or leaves the teller line completely for hours. I would never come back to work for this company. The whole time I worked there. I was basically ignored. Even after trying my best to do everything right. We also had 1 coworker who would go around telling lies and speed rumors that were absolutely not true. And when it was brought to the manager’s attention about these lies that this coworker, manager did nothing. As far as I know. This ex coworker still works there and is trying to move up and the manager is helping them! Absolutely toxic work environment!
