Pros

Meaningful work helping women through menopause and weight management. Fully remote position with flexible scheduling. The mission is rewarding, and there are opportunities to develop expertise in women's health.

Cons

Compensation is below market for experienced nurse practitioners. There is no 401(k) match, and the health insurance benefits are disappointing, including limited coverage for the company's own services. Frequent provider turnover results in patients being reassigned multiple times, disrupting continuity of care. Very short appointment slots and increasing productivity demands prioritize quantity over quality, making it difficult to build therapeutic relationships, provide comprehensive care, and earn bonus incentives.

Pros

Genuinely very appreciative patients! We, the NPs are really helping women.

Cons

Joke of a salary with bonuses based on how fast and how many patients you can see. Typical Silicon Valley business backed by the very wealthy in it for investor affluence at the expense of their NPs. You can feel the “sales” push for supplements etc. They lie about being the ONLY telehealth women’s midlife care and they disparage the thousands of providers that have been doing this for much longer. Founder recently told all NPs to “book 10 follow up visits if you need to” because they just made all follow ups 15 min. Can you imagine what that will cost a patient? Greedy, fake C-Suite taking advantage of the excellence in care of their NPs. The vast majority of the US could care less about the “Rich and Famous” you cater to in order to get them to “praise” Midi.
