Pros

Great co-workers and health benefits are good. Admirable mission and values.

Cons

They do not grow operations/support staff teams in proportion to the number of providers they hire and the discrepancy seemed on track to only worsen. Various support teams each numbering in the single digits expected to support hundreds of providers and thousands of patients.

Pros

Meaningful work helping women through menopause and weight management. Fully remote position with flexible scheduling. The mission is rewarding, and there are opportunities to develop expertise in women's health.

Cons

Compensation is below market for experienced nurse practitioners. There is no 401(k) match, and the health insurance benefits are disappointing, including limited coverage for the company's own services. Frequent provider turnover results in patients being reassigned multiple times, disrupting continuity of care. Very short appointment slots and increasing productivity demands prioritize quantity over quality, making it difficult to build therapeutic relationships, provide comprehensive care, and earn bonus incentives.
